Wallaby Bites are a puffed rice snack, full of fruit and covered in chocolate. Byron Bay Bliss Balls come in chocolate and vanilla flavours and are covered in coconut.
Falwasser Crispbreads are a crunchy, light snack and are complemented by the local flavours of Wattle Tree Creek in a chutney or jam. Wattle Tree Creek operate a farm in the Byron Bay hinterland where they source many of their Australian bush flavours.
