Gift orders over $100 are free to one address. Two gifts of $50 going to one address are free delivery. Two gifts going to separate addresses are $9.90 each. This will calculate automatically in checkout.

FLAT RATE DELIVERY
We deliver in 1-2 days with the regular post option between Brisbane and Sydney along the coast (and major towns in between including Gold Coast, Newcastle etc).
Please note: if you order on a Friday the next delivery date will be Monday.
STARTRACK EXPRESS SERVICE
StarTrack Express Service offers overnight delivery to all major cities; ADELAIDE, BRISBANE, SYDNEY & MELBOURNE excluding PERTH which can be 1-2 days.
While regional areas are not overnight Express Post still offers a faster delivery to these areas - often 2-3 days.

We do our best to have your gifts delivered to you within the overnight time frame, however we ask that you understand that due to unforeseen circumstances (like wild weather or road disruptions that may hold up our couriers) we can not guarantee overnight delivery.
CAN I WRITE A PERSONAL MESSAGE?
Absolutely. A card will be placed inside your gift with your personalised message. Please write your message in CART. All cards have Best Wishes in black script font on the front and the message is printed on the inside. Christmas hampers have a Season's Greetings card.
HOW IS THE GIFT PACKAGED?
Our gift boxes are posted in an external mailing box with our business contact details on the outside including delivery instructions like:

The internal gift box is natural on the outside with a gold bronze logo in the centre of the lid. The black and white pattern can be seen on the sides of the outside of the box. When the box is opened the pattern is fully revealed (as per image above). The text on the inside of the lid reads:
"Enjoy. Nestled between hinterland and beach, the Northern Rivers is the perfect setting for an eclectic mix of talented artists, farmers and sea-changers. Find inspiration in our selection of gifts and enjoy your own slice of Byron Bay - whatever your occasion."
The wine and beer are packaged within purpose-made moulds and the gift items are presented around these. If the gift does not contain wine or beer the gifts are packaged accordingly - we may include biodegradable packing beans if necessary.
Gifts are wrapped with a ribbon and include a card with Best Wishes printed on the front. You can add a card message during the checkout process.
