At Byron Bay Gifts, we want you to love your gift! If you need to return an item or have received a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
Returning Your Order
If you would like to return your gift, please ensure it is in the same condition as when it was received. Returns can be sent to our warehouse at:

Before sending your return, please contact our customer service team to notify us of the return.
Once we receive your returned item, you can choose from the following options:
- Exchange the item for another product
- Receive a refund to your original payment method
- Get a store credit for future purchases
Please return items within 30 days of dispatch to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your gift arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Kindly provide clear photos of the item as it was received.
To resolve the issue, we may:
- Send a replacement hamper or replace the damaged item
- Issue a store credit for future use
- Refund the damaged item or hamper
In some cases, we may require the item to be returned before processing a refund or replacement.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed through our online store and will be returned to your original payment method.
For example:
- If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be sent back to your PayPal account.
- If you paid via credit or debit card, the refund will be returned to that card.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved by our customer service team, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, please allow up to 5 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
