While we don't build individual orders from scratch you can visit our 'Shop By' section and add a local beauty product or two. There's also a feature that allows you to add products to your hamper available on each product page. Checking one of the 'available options' adds this item to your gift box. You can select multiple in most instances.

We do! We have vegan and gluten-free options available on site. While a lot of our products are natural, organic or contain organic ingredients we have dedicated one hamper specifically to products with only organic ingredients. This is called 'Organic Hamper'.

If you can't see any options, the baby clothes only come in one size which will also be specified on the page.

Our gift boxes are beautiful and we recommend recycling them by reusing them in your home or business for a new purpose. If the gift box is to be disposed of you can place it in the recycling bin - please remove the magnets first.

In cart, there is an option to write a gift card message.

We use this gift card message and print it inside one of our gift cards. It is then placed under the ribbon of your gift box.

Yes! Please place your order as usual through checkout with your international address as the billing address and a delivery address located in Australia.

If your order is still at our warehouse and yet to be dispatched then we can cancel your order.

If it has been dispatched we may be unable to cancel it. Please contact our team to discuss.

We do! Just use your credit card as usual in the checkout process.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay and Direct Deposit.

Mastercard, Visa and American Express - Can be used during the checkout process or paid via phone. No extra charges apply to credit card payments.

PayPal - PayPal can be used during the checkout process and you can either sign in to use you account or checkout as a guest.

AfterPay - You will need an AfterPay account. Please visit the AfterPay website for more information. AfterPay allow four instalments payable on a weekly basis and can be used during the checkout process.

Direct Deposit - We can email you an invoice that includes our bank account details for direct deposit. Your order will be dispatched once payment clears our bank account. Please get in contact with customer service to request this payment method.

Yes - our website is secure and all payment details are safe. No credit card details are stored on our website.

All orders placed on our website are processed with Shopify.

Yes, you can select your delivery DATE. 

A specific TIME cannot be selected as deliveries are made any time during business hours. 

Once your order has been added to CART there is a calendar option in the cart area that allows you to select your preferred delivery date. 

We deliver on business days only during business hours.

We can only deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers if the express service is selected in checkout.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with the free delivery or standard post options.

We don't currently deliver to hospitals, sorry.

We often deliver advising the courier they have 'Authority To Leave'. This means the courier can leave the gift at the address specified. In built up city areas where the parcel could be visible from the street we would generally advise the courier to leave a card, deeming this the safer option.

Authority to leave is up to our discretion, however we welcome notes in cart advising that it is ok to do so. Please note: If a parcel were to go missing and we had been advised to leave the parcel, we would not offer compensation.

When delivering to addresses like apartments the courier will leave a calling card with the following options:

1. A contact phone number to contact the courier company and arrange re-delivery.

2. Instructions on where to collect the gift from a local collection agency.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email from the nominated courier. This will provide updates on the journey of your order from dispatch to delivery.

Please ensure you have checked the delivery times for your order. If this time has passed please get in contact with us and we'll be happy to help.

Please check your tracking information to check the status of your gift. If you haven't received any tracking emails please contact our customer service team.

If your tracking says the order has been delivered, please check with the recipient prior to contacting us.

Your parcel may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:

• A calling card was left but the recipient failed to collect the item or contact the courier within 5 business days.
• The recipient is not at the address.
• The address is incorrect or doesn't have the full address (eg. An apartment number is missing).
• There was no access to a letterbox or area to leave a calling card.
• The recipient refused the parcel.

If your item has been dispatched, please get in contact with our customer service team immediately and we will see if we can have your parcel either sent to the new address or returned to sender. We have very quick delivery times so this is not always possible.

If your parcel is able to be sent to a new address there will be an additional delivery fee.

Please ensure your gift is in the same condition as it was received.

You can:

• Exchange the item
• Refund to the original payment method

All returns must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days of dispatch.

Please get in contact with our customer service team with your order number. If you have just seen a photo of the hamper  check that the item is not packed underneath the top items.

Please send us a photo of the hamper as it was received for our team to assess.

We always want to provide the best service and will discuss the best outcome for you from the following options:

• Partial refund
• Send missing item
• Store credit

We will require a photo of the hamper as it was received. We may require the gift to be returned to us and can discuss the best options with you.

We will work towards the best possible outcome for you from the following options:

• Replace the hamper with the hamper ordered
• Issue a store credit for the cost of the gift
• Have the parcel returned to us with a full refund

Please get in contact with our customer representatives to discuss as soon as the item is received. We will require photos of the gift hamper as it arrived.

Our customer service team will resolve the issue aiming for the best possible outcome from the following:

• Send a replacement hamper or replace the damaged item
• Issue a store credit
• Refund the damaged item or hamper

Refunds are processed through our online store and returned back to you via your original payment method.

Once approved and actioned by our customer service team, refunds are paid directly back to your original payment method. 

Yes, we have multiple options for branding corporate gifts. For single gift orders you can add a logo to your gift card. Multiple hamper orders offer branded ribbon and other options.

Yes, we accept corporate merchandise but you will need to confirm the items first by emailing our corporate team at corporateorders@byronbaygifts.com.au

We will need to discuss the items weight and size to see if it will be suitable for our gift box sizes and discuss any extra delivery costs should the item be heavy.

If your order is going to one address you can either email our corporate orders team or simply place your order using checkout.

If your order is going to multiple addresses you can choose from the following:

Visit our corporate page for the latest version of our bulk order form or to fill out our contact form.

• Email your completed spreadsheet to our corporate orders team.
• Place your order in checkout by selecting/checking the box 'Your Gift Recipient: Add Multiple Addresses'. Cart will split the order and you will see additional address fields for each hamper. NB: You need to have a minimum of two items in cart for this option to be visible.

Any order over $100 going to one address offers free delivery.

For bulk orders going to multiple addresses there may be a delivery fee per address.

We have the following payment options for corporate orders:

• Invoice: Your order will be dispatched on your requested date and once payment has been received.
• Shopify Email: We create your order and email it back to you for payment using our checkout system. This is only possible for bulk orders going to one address.
• Checkout: Process your order as usual through checkout.
• Phone: Call us with payment details and we will process through our secure checkout system.
