Can I write a personal note?
Absolutely. We will pop a card into your order if it is a gift. You will be prompted for your card message IN CART. Our cards have 'Best Wishes' in rose gold on the front of a white card and the message is printed on the inside.
How do I pay?
We use Shopify, PayPal & Afterpay to process orders. You can pay using PayPal, Afterpay, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. In checkout you will be provided with these options. No credit card information is stored on our website. You can also visit our payment page.
How much will postage cost?
Postage is free for shop products (makeup, nail polish etc - excludes hamper boxes) over $50 and hamper boxes over $100. Otherwise, you can select a flat rate option in checkout - this is $9.90. We predominantly use StarTrack, Couriers Please and Fastway due to their speed and reliability.
How long will my order take?
We use StarTrack, Fastway and Couriers Please for deliveries Australia wide. We choose the fastest or most suitable price option from these services and an Express service if Express has been selected in checkout. Please see our delivery page for more information on delivery times.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship within Australian and New Zealand only.
How are the gifts packaged?

What’s organic on the site?
Many of our pamper gifts are organic or contain organic/natural ingredients. Some food products have organic ingredients and many tea and coffee items are organic. In instances where our products are not organic we try to source a selection of sustainable, local and/or handmade products.
What is your return’s policy?
Yes, we do offer returns. If you receive your gift and are not happy with it please return it to us. Once received, we will refund your money in full. Goods must be in a satisfactory condition on return for us to apply a full refund.
What if something is damaged or broken?
In the instance that an item is damaged, please return this to us within 10 business days and we will replace or refund the item.
Can I put together my own gift basket?
We work from existing gift baskets. Our gift boxes have the option of adding items on the page from the selected options. You can also add items from our 'shop by' section (makeup, beauty products etc) which can be packed with your existing gift.
