Get up slowly and unwind the week with a slow breakfast. Give yourself the gift of good fats and healthy supplementation with a bountiful avocado toast. The mighty avocado really is the breakfast of champions. As well as boasting impressive amounts of vitamins K, C, B5, B6 and E, it’s also loaded with folate, which plays an important part in regulating your moods, keeping you calm and in a good mood. On top of being good for your physical health, cacao has long been used in spiritual ceremony for its stimulating yet heart-opening effects.
