At Byron Bay Gifts we like to think inside the box. How can we make a gift appealing through every stage? Your gift needs to be a fun, exciting experience with a ‘wow’ factor from beginning to end.

So let’s start with the box. We know it’s good because people keep asking us where they can get their hands on them. Our gift boxes are Australian made with 70% recycled content and they also look good. Each box has our logo stamped in bronze in the centre of the lid, which adds a touch of cool elegance. We use a quality, wide ribbon that adds to the grand opening.

Inside the box, you’ll find an assortment of local goods. Our criteria are local, organic, hand made and/or sustainably made but above all we look for quality and taste. If we wouldn’t like to receive it, we don’t use it. No cheap imports here. No offense to cheap imports but it’s just not what we’re going for.

We think if you’re giving a gift, you’re trying to impress someone, not offend with low quality stuff, so all our gifts are carefully considered. If you’re giving a pamper hamper, it will have organic and natural products. Our gourmet foods are often hand crafted by local artisans – often with locally sourced ingredients.

How do I make an order?

We’ll send you an order form to complete with all the details we need.

Can I have a card message?

Yes. This will be part of the order form for you to fill out. We can even print your corporate logo with your message free of charge.

Can I get additional corporate branding?

Absolutely. We’ve got options like printed ribbon, keep cups and branded boxes.

Can I change what’s in the hampers?

We’re super flexible and can discuss any ‘like for like’ swaps or add-ons with you.

What does the packaging look like?

The box in the photo on this page shows our natural box with bronze-stamped logo in the centre of the lid. The card has ‘Best Wishes’ or ‘Merry Christmas’ written in gold script across the front. The box is wrapped with a bow. It’s very sturdy, Australian made from recycled content and a good-looker too.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Direct Debit & PayPal. All payments are processed by PayPal.

When will my gifts be delivered?

Gifts can be sent out from November 14th up until Friday 9th December 2016. Any gifts posted on 9th December 2016 will arrive at their destinations the following week. Our courier is pretty quick. Overnight to Sydney & Brisbane. Two days to Melbourne. Regional, WA & NT may take 7-10 days but are 1-3 days with Express Post.

Can I order 10 of one hamper and 10 of another from this list?

Sure. As long as your minimum order equates to 20 hampers we’re good with that.
