This was a beautiful gift I ordered for a family member for Christmas.

I read all the information regarding delivery dates etc from both your company and Australian post, and understood that it might not arrive in time. There was a delay in Melbourne but as the recipient was actually going to be away by possible delivery day. But felt very confident that as Australian Post stated that sender asked for delivery to POST OFFICE if no one home.

I received a message to say delivered and photo attached. I was really annoyed that this happened. My daughter was in Perth and had to arrange for a friend to go and collect her parcel off her doorstep in Portland.

But when she arrived home she rand me to tell me how excited she was with all the gorgeous products.

I realise delivery was beyond your control, but still disappointed.

This will not stop me ordering again, maybe even for myself next time. 🙂
