The gift was beautiful but the service, far from amazing. The website offered delivery on a speficic day, which would make sense for websites offering gifts for occassions. It did not arrive in time, causing a lot of bother regarding a group present (including additional expense having to quickly source another gift) and the owners of this site basically just responded that it wasn't their problem as they use a third party to deliver. COVID is really no longer an excuse for these things as it's a known issue and should be taken into account when promising delivery on a particular day.

We are sorry you weren’t happy with the express couriers delivery delay for your order but when looking at your order I can see they may have had some trouble with the delivery address missing the street name in full.
