It all started in 1990 in a small country farmhouse in the hinterland of Byron Bay. With an old family recipe in hand, the founders started experimenting with local ingredients like macadamia nuts to bake cookies for community markets under the name ‘Pickles, Pies & Petticoats’. Soon enough locals started referring to them as “the cookies from Byron”… and so the Byron Bay Cookie Company was born!
