It all started in 1990 in a small country farmhouse in the hinterland of Byron Bay. With an old family recipe in hand, the founders started experimenting with local ingredients like macadamia nuts to bake cookies for community markets under the name ‘Pickles, Pies & Petticoats’. Soon enough locals started referring to them as “the cookies from Byron”… and so the Byron Bay Cookie Company was born! Crafted with passion and baked to perfection, Byron Bay Cookies are full of luscious ingredients and harmonious flavour pairings, delivering a moment of indulgence with each bite.     Impressive gift

    I bought 4 of these hampers as prizes and I must say they are impressive. Quality boxes, ribbons and packaging make them very suitable for corporate gifting. I loved the stretchy ribbon which was easy to remove and put back on so that we could view the contents before giving. There was room to spare in the box, which you could use to add more items, or something personal without any problems.

    The items themselves are simply by brand name, synonymous with quality: something a little more special - such a treat. After shopping around the many sites offering similar product, I will definitely be returning to Byron Bay gifts for more.
