Your Byron Bay Cookbook has 220 pages of pictures and recipes written and photographed by Northern River's residents. This cookbook also shares recipes from local chefs cooking in Byron Bay's top restaurants.
With these recipes you can use the Byron Bay Olive Co Robust Olive Oil which is 100% organic extra virgin olive oil.
We've also included a wooden chopping board from Eco Chopping boards. This can be used for serving or cooking. Each board is unique as they are hand made individually from sustainable camphor laurel. They measure approximately 25 x 15cm though sizes do vary.
