Happy with the hamper but disappointed we purchased the additional Express Post option and the gift did not arrive within the estimated timeframe. It arrived after the special event had occurred.

I ordered this hamper for my daughter and she was very excited to receive it. Delivery was on the day requested, not easy in these times. I had added a couple of extra items to the hamper but found that a different product was included, this error was dealt with very promptly and the requested item delivered a few days later with apologies. I was very satisfied with both the hamper and service.
