It took two weeks for our order to arrive in Canberra. It looks like it was dispatched on the next business day after we ordered it but there seemed to be some long delays with the courier which was disappointing.

The items were cute and it was convenient to have the hamper put together especially during lockdown but very expensive for what it was. The hamper box was just a plain black box that actually arrived ripped (I expected the packaging to be nicer for a gift!) and the items just small and a bit underwhelming.

The experience from start to finish was just amazing with Byron Bay Gifts. Love that all the products are locally sourced and that they ship anywhere in Australia. I organised to send my friend from over in WA a care package after having her first baby and she was absolutely in love . The items are so thoughtful and there is such a large range of gifts which can be tailored to what you need. I will definitely be using Byron Bay Gifts for all my hampers from now on.
