It all started in 1990 in a small country farmhouse in the hinterland of Byron Bay. With an old family recipe in hand, the founders started experimenting with local ingredients like macadamia nuts to bake cookies for community markets under the name ‘Pickles, Pies & Petticoats’. Soon enough locals started referring to them as “the cookies from Byron”… and so the Byron Bay Cookie Company was born! Crafted with passion and baked to perfection, Byron Bay Cookies are full of luscious ingredients and harmonious flavour pairings, delivering a moment of indulgence with each bite. Byron Bay Cookies’ unique style and flavour draws inspiration from the idyllic coastal town of Byron Bay, nestled at Australia’s most easterly point.

    Christmas cheer and joy .

    I ordered 14 of these hampers for our staff . What a pleasure to deal with such a wonderful company. Prompt , professional and easily touched base with them via phone . A Christmas ribbon and card was added . The actual hamper was delightful . Bravo Byron Bay gifts !

    Delivery too early

    Disappointed that delivery was sent straight away instead of on 16th December as requested.
