We recently rebranded and needed new settlement hampers ASAP for our clients. I jumped onto Byron Bay Gifts to update our online account so we didn’t lose our order history or rewards points, and their online chat sorted it in seconds.
From there I found our favourite hampers, added a bottle of champers, uploaded our new logo for its first branded ribbon print and had the whole order placed by 9am.
