I was disappointed , I sent the Easter gift of soft bunny , choc bunny and Easter egg to my 86 year old Mum
in Trinity Beach, she loved the Bunny but only received two small hares in box , no choc egg and no choc bunny, i was very disappointed, I have gifted many of your hampers and they are amazing, I did contact and was told , ran out of stock, I don't think that's good enough ! An email to advise would have been good, I know its a busy time, but felt let down.

Apologies, yes we did run out of stock of bunnies and provided different chocolates in the hamper that would have been of equal or greater value. We have also provided a small refund to you as an apology for the inconvenience caused.

Ordered the Bec Bunny for my 11 year old Grandaughter for Easter ,it’s was delivered to her door as promised on the date I requested (plus 1) the gift was exactly as advertised on the website (plus 2 ) the packaging complete with ribbon was first class (plus 3 ) and most of all the bunny was plush ,pretty and perfect for an 11 year old ,the extra Chocolates wrapped in rose gold were a lovely sophisticated add on and the “BEC “ monogram on the foot added a very special touch (plus 4) Awesome Easter gift for a young tween 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered this as my friend is obsessed with rabbits. They are self isolating alone and when it arrived it was a koala bear. Didn’t have the effect I was after. Maybe a polite email saying can’t do rabbit would you still like to go ahead would have been great. I order two more boxes of chocolate and treats for other friends and they were happy
