Duck Creek has been dedicated to creating the most magical macadamias for over thirty years. They showcase the best indigenous ingredients that they grow solely at their local farm in Newrybar, a stone's throw from Byron. They have a glowing reputation for welcoming everyone with open arms and letting you try the most divine range of nuts. Macadamias grow regionally, so it feels extra special to embrace a native delicacy. You simply can’t go past their dark chocolate coated macadamias, perfect to pair with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Their Falwasser gluten-free crispbreads are a staple on any grazing platter, and we love pairing them with cheese and a generous helping of Wattle Tree Creek Farm’s chutney! Tucked away in the Byron hinterlands, Wattle Tree Creek Farm produces a variety of bush-based jams and chutneys that are to die for. Fresh, local ingredients such as lemon myrtle, Davidson plums, and finger limes make for a fruity and fun addition to many of our hampers.
